Member Referrals are anyone that you directly (or indirectly, if you are a 5-level bonus earner) invite to Webtalk. The only requirement to gain a new "Member Referral" is for a user to sign up and make a Webtalk account. 

Affiliate Referrals are member referrals that join the Webtalk Rewards program, and fully complete the enrollment process. 

Member referrals generally consists of the everyday user, while Affiliate referrals generally consist of marketers, influencers, and people dedicated to growing the Webtalk community and earning rewards and bonuses in the process.
